  • Most of my clients come to me for rebranding services when they’ve recently changed the goal of their business, are ready to scale and reach a new audience level, or they’re having difficulty reaching their ideal client. A rebrand is more than simply changing a logo or color palette — it’s based on research and strategy

  • Imagine them as being the visual guidebook to outline the core elements of your brand messaging strategy and identity in one place. They’re not intended for use with your clients or customers, but the content within them is valuable for creating consistent audience-facing content (marketing, website copy, emails, etc.), onboarding employees, and outsourcing any tasks.

  • No, these terms can be used interchangeably and refer to the message — or the language — the core values and story behind your brand. However, they are different from Brand Identity Guidelines or Brand Style Guides which only focus on the design assets of the brand (logo, color, fonts).

  • For projects over $1,000, 50% of the total price of the project is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot, and the remainder is due at the start of the project.

  • I book projects up to 4-months in advance. If you are planning a project further down the line, you can make a deposit to reserve your place.

  • When any project is booked, you will receive a robust Brand Questionnaire to complete and a welcome packet with requested resources that support the project (ie. customer-voice data, market research, brand inspiration, etc.).
