So They Can Work Better on Their Business.

Join our FREE monthly circle for leaders, founders, professionals, and women in transition.

Last Tuesday of the month at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST/ 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM CET

Stories In Action is a monthly gathering where women connect more deeply than they ever would in a business room — because we’re not talking strategy first, we’re talking truth first.

This is where internal stories get updated…

So decisions get easier.
Confidence gets bolder.
And your next steps stop feeling so damn heavy.

The most non-networking networking space you’ll experience.

What Is Stories In Action?

Stories In Action is a monthly space for women rebuilding self-trust from the inside out.

Repair your relationship with yourself so you can move out of ‘stuckness’, trust your decisions, and step forward with clarity.

This is your space to slow down not to escape life, but to understand the stories shaping it, rewrite the ones that keep you second-guessing yourself, and walk away grounded, clear, and ready for your next aligned step.

Your Stories shape you

Every experience you’ve lived — the painful ones, the proud ones, the unresolved ones — has shaped the way you see yourself and the choices you make today.

Stories In Action is where your lived experience becomes usable — where your story shifts from something you carry to something that carries you forward.

You’ll use writing as a way to surface the internal narratives shaping your choices—but the work here is integration.

This isn’t about processing for processing’s sake. It’s about understanding how the stories you’ve lived inside are influencing how you decide, relate, and lead today.

It’s time to understand the story you’re living from—and decide whether it still fits.

This is so much more than “Dear Diary” sitch.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Emotional clarity: See the belief or story that’s been quietly running the show — and finally loosen its grip.

  • A grounded reframe: A perspective shift that replaces self-doubt with self-trust (no bypassing, no toxic positivity).

  • An aligned micro-action: One clear, doable next step that supports your growth right now, not someday.

  • Real connection: Honest conversation with women who aren’t fixing, performing, or pretending.

  • Decision clarity: That grounded sense of “I know what my next step is”—without forcing, rushing, or outsourcing your authority.

Why This Space Is Different

This isn’t a mastermind, a support group, or a networking circle.

It’s a community for narrative integration, where you work with the stories shaping your identity so you can show up with more trust, clarity, and consistency in your life and work.

Through guided journaling, open sharing, and intentional reflection, you’ll learn how your stories shape your behaviors, your patterns, your purpose… and how to shift them.

You don’t need to have it all together. In fact, the messier the better.
You just need to be curious, open, and willing to look at your life through a different lens.

Who This Circle is For

Stories In Action is for women who are competent, thoughtful, and self-aware yet find themselves stuck, second-guessing, or disconnected from their own authority.

Women who feel the gap between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming and want a place to work with that transition honestly.

Women who feel called to:

  • Grow personally and professionally

  • Shift limiting beliefs that keep resurfacing

  • Build authentic connections in a safe space

  • Understand themselves on a deeper level

  • Share vulnerably without fear of judgment

  • Take aligned action toward a more intentional life.

Why Your Stories Matter

Your experiences aren’t random.

They’re the curriculum of your becoming (hey, I used to be a teacher, so I had to throw that one in 😉).

When you learn to listen to them, honor them, and reframe them, you unlock a new level of inner freedom — and that freedom changes everything.

It definitely changed everything for me…

  • “You have this magical ability to create space where it's fully judgment-free and it's full-on community.

It's such a magical ability, and I really love what you're doing with it. I can't wait to see if you do more things. The work that you're doing is just so needed and will resonate so strongly with those who are ready for it. And it can make such a big change, and you have such a good ability to create space to let people be themselves, like truly be themselves.”

    — Stacey

  • “Love coming to your monthly meet ups and listening to others and sharing!!!

That exercise was the perfect way to get content from your own life when you feel like you’re stuck!! I love your conversation starters and group activities!!”

    —Kerry

  • “One of the things I've been sitting with for a couple of days is the realization I had of these stories that have kept popping up.

So that realization was beyond powerful and has really put a fresh perspective on a lot of things for me.”

    —Brie

  • “There’s something really powerful about being reminded that I have agency again. I started thinking about what I want—not what I should want. And that feels huge.”

    — Melissa

  • “I’ve done a lot of self-work and self-help and therapy and all the things, but I don’t think I’ve ever really sat and looked at this before.”

    —Chris

  • “I wanted to thank you for yesterday's session. I loved it.

Thank you for inviting me and holding space. It was refreshing to be with other like-minded ladies who were vulnerable and open. It was good to see people in all their humanness and to share and empathise in their experience. Powerful stuff.  I didn't know you could connect in a professional sense like this.”

    —Kim

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Jessica.

Fifteen years ago, I hit an emotional rock bottom — the kind that forces you to tell the truth.

That season led me to therapy and to Al-Anon, where I learned something that would shape everything I do now: Our behavior is driven by the stories we believe about ourselves — not by willpower, strategy, or intention.

Those rooms taught me how to see my patterns without shame.

How to question the roles I’d been performing.

And how to release stories that were keeping me small.

Years later, when I left my teaching career and started my business, that lesson came roaring back.

My work didn’t feel hard because I lacked clarity or skill.

It felt hard because I was still operating from old internal narratives — about safety, worth, and trust — that I had never fully rewritten.

Once I shifted the story, everything changed…how I decided, how I showed up, and what I built.

Stories In Action exists because of that realization.

This is a growing global community of women who know that real growth doesn’t start on the outside— it starts with being radically honest with yourself.

These are women who are tired of pretending and who want real connections.

Women who are actively stepping deeper into their authenticity, clarity, and courage — one month, one share, one story at a time.

This is the room I once needed. And now, I’m honored to hold it for you.
