Shayla is the founder and face behind the Better Than A Bot brand, a high-touch digital organizer and personal assistant for Canadian- based businesswomen.

THE BRIEF

Shayla supports creative business owners and busy working moms who need support with digital organization, file decluttering, and various organizational tasks.

After one year in business, she came to me with refreshed packages and clarity on who her ICP is, ready to refresh her brand messaging and website copy.

Using voice-of-customer data, we created key messaging that mirrored their language and highlighted the transformation that working with Shayla provides. It was also important to explain what “Better Than A Bot” means in relation to her business and services.
