WHAT IS IT?

The first step of my signature program, Rewritten.

This session is for when something feels stuck, charged, or familiar in a not-so-great way — and you’re ready to stop circling the symptoms and look at the story underneath.

Together, we’ll slow things down and practice compassionate witnessing: identifying the core narrative, emotional themes, and patterns shaping how you’re reacting, choosing, and relating — often without realizing it.

This isn’t about blame, fixing, or forcing change. It’s about seeing clearly what’s been operating in the background so it stops owning you.

A smiling woman with silver hair, wearing a snakeskin dress, black heeled boots, and a tan coat, sitting on a leather couch, holding a notebook, tablet, and phone.

Using the first phase (Awaken) of my Beyond The Story Methodwe’ll name the loop you’re caught in, separate lived experience from inherited or outdated meaning, and bring curiosity to where you’ve been stuck in repetition. You’ll leave with language for what’s actually happening — because you can’t rewrite what you haven’t named.

(Big girl panties still required. We’re telling the truth here.)

WHAT We Do in a session

A woman sitting on a leather armchair, talking on a smartphone, with a large window behind her showing a cityscape.

We move through five lenses:

1. Awaken to the Story

What’s actually happened — stripped of interpretation.

2. Agency (Without Shame)

Where you had more choice, power, or influence than you initially wanted to admit — without turning it into self-attack.

3. Responsibility Boundaries

What’s yours to own… and what never was. (We stop carrying other people’s emotional backpacks here.)

4. Avoidance & Payoff

What staying in this loop protects you from feeling, risking, naming, or grieving.

5. The Lie / The Truth

If there’s a lie you’ve been telling yourself here, what is it? And if you already know the truth — what is it?
