Rewritten

You've been narrating your life from the wound. What if you started narrating from your power instead?

Rewrite your story. Remember your power. Reclaim your life.

A story-shifting, shame-shedding eight-week journey back to yourself.

You don't need a new plan. You need a new story.

And it starts with one honest sentence.

EARLY BIRD PRICE $397 (regular price $497 )

Rewritten is a carefully curated eight-week journey designed to pull you out of the familiar narrative that’s no longer serving you so you can finally create a life that feels inspiring, empowered, and f*cking free.

You're deeply capable. You're self-aware. but you're tired.

Not burnt out. Not falling apart. Not looking for a band-aid.

You're tired in that specific way that comes from being good at holding it together for a long time.

You've built a life — or a business, a career, a family — that looks like it should fit. You've done the inner work: the therapy, the coaching, the retreats, the reading. You know yourself. You've kept going even when things felt off.

And yet…you're in the messy middle.

No longer who you were. Not yet clear on who you're becoming..

Your old story worked, until it didn't.

And now you're standing in a chapter that no longer fits, wondering why clarity keeps eluding you.

You're not looking for another framework or a five-step fix.

You're looking for cohesion.

Honesty between who you are now and how you actually live, work, and lead.

That's what Rewritten is for.

  • Every option feels loaded. You keep waiting for clarity, confidence, certainty — and it keeps not coming.

You should know what to do by now. But you don't.

This isn't a confidence problem. It's an identity lag.

You're trying to make next-level decisions from an old self-concept.

  • Nothing is categorically ‘wrong’. But you feel disconnected from yourself.

You can't quite tell what you actually want anymore. You've outgrown parts of your life — and you don't know what replaces them.

Your inner story no longer matches your outer life. That mismatch creates instability, even when everything looks good from the outside.

  • You're self-aware. You've done therapy, coaching, programs. You understand your patterns. And yet here you are, in the same loop, wondering what you're missing.

You have insight. What you don't have yet is a new operating story.

Awareness without ownership and embodiment is just head knowledge rather than heart knowledge.

This inner dialogue might sound familiar…

MOST SELF-HELP GIVES YOU STRATEGIES TO APPLY TO AN OLD IDENTITY.

Rewritten changes the identity itself.

This is for you if…

  • You're in a midlife awakening, an identity collapse, or an emotional burnout, and you need a space that can hold that

  • You've done the work, but you're still circling the same sh*t.

  • You've outgrown the story, but don't yet know what replaces it.

  • Your life looks fine, but something deeper is calling BS.

  • You show up fully for everyone else, but you feel like a fraction of yourself.

  • You have insight, and you’re ready for integration.

  • You're done waiting for permission.

This is narrative work, sis.

Rewritten is not a journaling circle. It's not a self-help course. It's not a mindset program full of affirmations that you already know don't stick.

It's identity work. Story as infrastructure. The kind of deep, honest, structured narrative work that changes how you make decisions, hold boundaries, show up in your relationships, and lead in your business.

"I'm not a morning person."

"I'm bad with money."

"I'm not the kind of person who finishes things."

Your identity is just a story you've been telling yourself for so long that you forgot you made it up. These aren't facts. They're narratives. And narratives can be rewritten.

Looking at the problem is important but not so that you wallow in it. With narrative work, we shift the focus from what's wrong… to what's strong. Your resilience. Your values. Your choices. The parts of you that have keep you getting up every day.

A black and white photo of a small wooden stool with a stack of books on top, a silk scarf draped over the stool, and a large black leather tote bag placed at the base of the stool. The background shows a spacious room with large windows and wooden floors.

Whatever stories you have are the stories you live.

The solution isn't more insight. It isn't more awareness. It's big D energy authorship taking deliberate control of the story you're operating from, and rewriting it into something that's actually true for who you are deep down inside so you can be her, live as her.

And here's what makes this different from every other program you've tried: you're not just going through a process. You're learning a method.

Because life doesn't stop happening. New chapters bring new challenges, new roles, new versions of old stories showing up in different clothes. The Beyond The Story Method is a repeatable framework you take with you — something you can return to every time life shifts, every time you feel yourself slipping back into an old narrative, every time you need to rewrite what this chapter means.

You do this once and you have it forever. That's not a program. That's a practice.

Hi, I’m Jessica.

I'm a story coach, narrative strategist, and recovering perfectionist who spent years helping entrepreneurs craft 'signature stories' for their brands.

But I kept noticing that the stories holding people back weren't the ones on their websites. They were the quiet, unspoken stories — tangled with grief, shame, people-pleasing, and playing small.

I've looped on the same pain points. I've chanted affirmations. I've put on a positive front while ignoring what I actually felt. I've tried to skip straight to the breakthrough without owning the breakdown.

The messy middle can't be skipped.

If we haven’t already met—

Here's what I know to be true:

Your story is your purpose.

The things you overcome are your calling.

Being brave enough to say 'my story matters' and trusting that someone needs to hear what you've lived through isn’t self-indulgence. It’s direction. It’s a calling.

That's why I created Rewritten. Not to give you another framework to perform — but to help you locate the story that's actually running the show and rewrite it. Intentionally. Honestly. From the inside out.

""What stands out most to me is who you are in the space you hold. Your kindness, compassion, and genuine care are felt in every interaction. You show up with presence, steadiness, and deep humanity, and that creates a level of safety that's rare. I never felt rushed, judged, or steered away from my truth. I felt respected and met exactly where I was. Rewritten wasn't just a process - it was an experience of being held by someone who truly sees and honors the person in front of her. That is a gift, and you are a beautiful one."

— Cherie Faus-Smith, Community Facilitator, Speaker & Rewriter

Here's why ‘mindset’ & ‘manifestation’ haven't worked.

You’ve read the books. Done the therapy. Tried the programs. And you still feel stuck.

That's not because you haven’t tried hard enough.

It's because most approaches stop at insight — and insight without a new operating story is really just stagnation.  Stanky, mud puddle stagnation.

Without rewriting that sh*t, you just live the pattern. You live the old identity.

The work is built on my philosophy

  • 01. Identity Is the Bottleneck

You can't make aligned decisions from an outdated identity.

Self-trust doesn't return through willpower or more self-help. It arrives when your story actually matches your true, authentic self, and your choices reflect who you're becoming.

  • 02. Radical Honesty Creates Stability

You can't stabilize a life built on expired stories and old identities. Naming what no longer fits isn't self-indulgent. It's necessary and honoring. We don't rewrite until we tell the truth. And truth is what steadies you.

  • 03. Live Your Story, Not Tell It

Inner work must lead to different choices, actions, and boundaries — or the story isn't finished. If your awareness isn't changing how you move, something is missing. That's the gap Rewritten closes.

  • "Even if you've read all the books, Rewritten feels different...

Because it's real, human, and rooted in lived experience, not just theory. The prompts got me writing in surprising ways. I've even brought the language into my therapy sessions."

—Nicole Murray., International Educator & Rewriter

  • "Taking that fear, that mental block, and giving it a name…

Turning it into a character really gave me insight I didn't know I needed. I started seeing where I was holding myself back. And now I'm loosening my grip on the story that everything has to be hard. Things can actually be easy."

—Brie Johnson, Fractional HR Consultant & Rewriter

  • "I finally understood that I wasn't blocked, resistant, or confused about my story.

I was protecting myself from not being believed. Once that clicked, everything shifted. My voice softened and strengthened at the same time. I stopped trying to make my story make sense to others — and started trusting that it already does."

    —Cherie Faus-Smith, Speaker & Rewriter

Rewritten is a movement.

Following The Beyond The Story Method

The Beyond The Story Method moves you through three distinct phases of narrative work:

  • We open the program by naming the story each woman is ready to rewrite.

By getting radically honest, you identify the identity story that's been shaping your decisions — often below the surface of your awareness. This becomes the thread we follow for the next eight weeks.

  • You work to separate your identity from old pain loops and craft a narrative rooted in truth — not shame.

By examining the roles you've played to survive, you discover where that story came from, why it made sense then, and begin consciously editing it with honesty and compassion.

  • This is when you turn emotional patterns into powerful intentions, reclaim your voice, and rewrite the way forward. Through the practice of embodying a new story, you practice living, speaking, and making decisions from your new narrative — so the shift doesn't just stay on the page. It lives in your body.

"The way you structured it — each day building on the next — you can see where the whole picture is going. But there's no rush in getting there. That's been the most meaningful part."

Akeisha De Baat, Energy Healer & Rewriter

how it works

Weekly Audio Lessons. Deep, personal, and designed to crack open the story. I share from lived experience so it feels like a trusted friend, not a classroom. Take them anywhere.

Weekly Group Calls. Come as you are. Share what's coming up. Get coached. Witness others in the same work. No performance required.

Private WhatsApp Community. A held space between calls — to be seen, heard, and supported through the whole process, not just during the hour.

Closing Celebration. We honor the growth. We name the shifts. We witness what's possible. And yes, we might cry.

  • Your Business

You stop trying to prove yourself. You speak from clarity, attract the right people, and make decisions from your actual values — not the story that says you have to earn it first.

  • Your Relationships

You recognize old patterns for what they are, and you start choosing differently. Boundaries stop feeling like confrontation. Conversations get more honest. You build connections that actually feel good to be in.

  • Your Money, Chedda, Mula

You see where your money stories came from and stop letting them call the shots. You get clearer, bolder, and more aligned with what abundance actually looks like for you specifically.

  • Your Parenting

You get to pause instead of spiral. To see your own story clearly enough that you don't pass it on unconsciously. You lead with curiosity and compassion, not control.

  • Your Work & Ambitions

You stop waiting for someone to hand you a script. You stop outsourcing decisions or surveying the room. You stop chasing the version of success you were told to want. You write your own, and you follow it.

  • Your Life

You stop trying to fix the past. You start creating a present that actually feels like home, rooted in meaning, movement, and moments that are fully yours.

“I’ve read countless self-help books and done therapy, but Rewritten feels different. The prompts get me writing in surprising ways, and I’ve even brought the language into therapy sessions.”

Rewriters experienced real shifts…

Let's talk about value.

I want this to be accessible. Because I know how crazy good this work is, and I don't want price to be the reason someone stays stuck in a story that's ready to be rewritten.

So let's put it in perspective.

A single session with a therapist or private coach runs $150–$300. A six-month coaching program with weekly sessions? Easily $3,000–$10,000.

Rewritten gives you eight weeks of structured narrative work, live calls, and community — for a fraction of that.

This is a no-brainer price for work that changes how you live. Full stop.

Regular price: $497

Is Rewritten right for you?

Rewritten is for women who are ready to do the work. Not dip a toe in, not observe from a distance — but show up, get honest, and let it actually change something.

If you join and find in the first week that it's not the right fit, reach out. We'll figure it out together.

But if you're reading this and something in you is saying, ’Gurl, you need this sh*t’, that's the voice worth trusting.

This work requires honesty, responsibility, and follow-through. If you stay, it's because you're willing to let your actions match what you say you want.

You don't need more clarity. You need to decide who tf you wanna be, and move from there.

One Rewritter’s Experience

I sat down with my Rewrite Your Story Intensive client Cherie Faus-Smith to talk about the bold, unexpected, and deeply healing moments she experienced through the six weeks of Rewritten work, and the identity shift that she leads her life and business with now.

“I had no idea how much an old wound was still running my life—until one of Jessica’s journaling prompts brought it to the surface.

Through her powerful guidance, coaching, and the safe community she creates, I was able to finally name the story, feel it, and start rewriting it. I no longer feel alone in this. Instead of ‘my body is bad,’ I now see my body as a powerful vessel for good. In just two weeks, everything shifted. That’s why I’m joining Rewritten—because this work changes lives, and allows us to step fully into our power.”

It’s time to lead with a new story

Rewritten isn't self-help. It's not a journaling circle. It's not a vibe.

It's the place where capable, self-aware women finally stop circling and start writing the chapter they've been stalling on.

Your mess is your message. Your story is your purpose.

Let’s do that together.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • After you register, I'll send out a survey to find out everyone's availability and do my best to schedule a time that works for the group. Depending on how many Rewriters we have, I may create two different call times to keep the group intimate and accommodate different schedules. Either way, all calls are recorded so you never miss the work.

  • Not at all. Many Rewritten graduates had never consistently journaled before. The prompts are designed to meet you exactly where you are, even if you don't know where to start.

  • All calls are recorded and available in the community. Many participants watch the replays and find them almost as powerful as attending live.

  • Plan for about 2–3 hours per week: the audio lesson, the narrative prompts, and the live call. The prompts are designed to be done in short, daily sessions, not in one overwhelming sitting. It especially works well if you incorporate the journaling into a daily routine, like a morning practice.

  • Rewritten is not traditional therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment. It's narrative work — a structured, supported process for identifying and rewriting the stories shaping your life. Many participants find it complements their therapy sessions beautifully.

  • I have been trained in narrative foundations from the Vancouver School Of Narrative Therapy. My work is narrative-informed. I draw from narrative therapy principles while operating within a coaching framework focused on personal growth and identity transformation. Many participants find this work complements therapy beautifully.

  • Traditional coaching asks what you should do. Narrative coaching asks who you're becoming — and what story is shaping that. The focus is identity-level clarity, not just behavior change. Instead of strategy and goals, we work on the beliefs, meanings, and narratives influencing your decisions so that change feels aligned rather than forced.

  • Most programs stop at insight. Rewritten moves you through awareness, into reframing, and all the way to embodiment so the shift doesn't just stay on the page. The Beyond The Story Method is designed specifically to close the gap between knowing and actually living differently.

  • This work was made for the messy middle. We’re all about leaving the masks of perfection and pleasing at the door here. You just need to be willing to tell the truth.
