Reclaim Your Story. Reclaim Yourself.

A free 5-day challenge for women ready to step out of old narratives and into a life that feels empowering.

Starting on march 9, 2026

A woman with light-colored hair in a beige coat, snake print dress, and black boots standing by a large window with a snowy mountain scene outside.

You’ve carried these narratives for years…

Stories about who you are, what you deserve, and what’s possible for you.

Some of them were handed to you before you even had words.

Others showed up through heartbreak, loss, or turning points you never saw coming.

And without realizing it, those old narratives still shape your choices, your relationships, your work, and your voice.

But here’s the thing: Those old narratives don’t define you anymore.

This challenge isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about reclaiming yourself.

here’s What the Rewrite Your Story Challenge Is all about

For five days, you’ll move through the same steps I teach inside my Rewritten program:

  1. Recognition → Identify the story you’re stuck in

  2. Release → Trace it back to where it began

  3. Reclaim → See how it’s been running the show—and what shifts if it doesn’t

  4. Rewrite → Begin crafting a new story

  5. Renew → Envision a future aligned with that story

Simple daily prompts. Radical honesty. A safe place to put it all on the page.

This Isn’t Just Journaling — It’s Deep Work

I'm putting down all the balls, not trying to juggle them all like a crazy person and rewrite my stories is a big part of my process right now so perfect timing!" When one woman rewrites her story, her relationships, business, and community shift too.

The stories we carry shape every decision we make. And rewriting them changes everything.

So come be a rewriter with us.
